At the age of 34, I had hit 82kgs (180 pounds/12 stone) – the heaviest I’d ever been. It was time to make a change but I could count the number of times I have been to the gym in my lifetime and led an extremely sedentary lifestyle. So when I started training with Harry I was terrified. Over a year later, training with Harry four times a week has gotten me down to 55kgs (121 pounds/8 stone). A total decrease of 27kgs! An incredible trainer, Harry is the perfect balance between tough and motivational – and above all an absolute pleasure to work with. Training with Harry is always fun. He is professional and organised. His workouts are catered specifically towards your goals and he is awesome at motivating you to achieve them.
