I have been training with Sara for 3 months following the birth of my third baby. It was important for me to find a trainer that could do sessions at my home, and had specific knowledge of post pregnancy exercise, which Sara has in abundance. It had taken over 2 years to lose the baby weight from my first pregnancy, I was determined not to take that long to get my pre-pregnancy body back after having my second child. Enter Nikita! I started my sessions with Nikita when my baby was about 6 months old. Three months later and I’ve dropped 8 kgs* and fit into most of my pre-baby wardrobe. With Nikita’s instructions and guidance she helped me train efficiently and regulate my diet. Her gentle and encouraging approach is precisely what I needed as I tend to lose motivation quickly. She has always been accommodating of my requests and attentive to my needs. It’s been three months and I feel like a different person. I have a tonne of energy to run after my girls and I just feel amazing. I’ve also signed up to cycle 50km on a Saturday morning. I’ve always considered myself an active person, doing sports 3-4 times a week. I’ve known Walid for a while and we’ve always talked about training together. It got to the point where my Dubai love handles bugged me enough to get going with Walid who fine-tuned my diet and changed around my workout to give my body something new to adjust to.
