The bodyweight exercises can be altered according to your body weight. This is a good option for people who are over weight and cannot carry so much weight during planks. If you’re a beginner, strengthening and stabilising the core initially, with planks and other core exercises is a better option. Gradually, when the stability is better, you can start doing bulgarian split squat and dead lift.

30 seconds work, 30 seconds – recovery and the last minute to use as complete rest, can be done in 3-5 rounds, which will take only 15 to 25 minutes overall.
Consistency in any workouts you do is essential. The key to fitness is exercising regularly. Having a 20-minute workout session every 3 days in a week is better than having a 2 hour workout session every two weeks.
