Why have you reached out to me and why now?
Fiona’s why was her two children. With a five-year-old boy and a baby girl depending on her, it was time. Since then she’s committed to three days a week consistent training. She’s progressed from struggling to jog for a minute on the treadmill to just completing her second 10k. Fiona completed her first 10k in October at the Lucerne marathon in Switzerland, running an impressive 1 hour 21 minutes. She’s since started the year by completing the Standard Chartered 10k marathon, beating her previous time by running 1 hour 18 minutes. She’s down to a healthy weight and those inches keep dropping. I’m super proud of our Fi. She’s a testament to the phrase consistency is key.
