HIIT workout is great for cardio and weight loss and is becoming largely popular in Dubai. To create a HIIT workout for the clients, our personal trainers in Dubai ensure that the whole body is targeted through out the workout and the intervals are kept between 30 seconds and 1 minute.
A great workout our Dubai personal trainers do with their clients:
Squat jumps (to progress do them onto box)
Ice skater lunges (to progress do them over step)
Do each exercise for between 30 seconds and 1 minute (depending on fitness levels) and rest between circuits for around 90 – 120 seconds. Repeat the circuit 3 times.
