Everyone has unique fitness goals whether it’s weight loss, strength gain, overall fitness improvement, bodybuilding, health, or muscle building.
“When we first started he wasn’t really sure about doing exercise as he was scared because of his heart. Now we have started pushing harder in the sessions and gradually increasing the intensity. My client had a different goal compared to others. My client’s goal was to regain confidence!”
He had an unfortunate event early this year which was the main reason why he lost his confidence. However, during our training sessions in the gym for the past 3 months he has improved dramatically and made great progress with his training.
Now we have achieved his goal and he is even more ready to set a new goal. When you are in the gym it is always important to have a goal. You need to strive harder in order to achieve something. This helps with motivation and helps keep you on track with progression.
