I’ve been having PT sessions with Sara since January and she has been great. The workouts are always different, so I never get bored and they are tailored to address my specific needs. I’ve had PT sessions before at gyms in Dubai but I have never had a trainer that is so attentive to ensure I do the workouts right. She really knows how to motivate and encourage me, particularly through the tougher exercises…and it is definitely paying off: I’ve been feeling stronger, fitter, more energetic and the sessions are a great start to my workdays. I won’t be stopping the sessions anytime soon!
