I have been training with Sara for 3 months following the birth of my third baby. It was important for me to find a trainer that could do sessions at my home, and had specific knowledge of post pregnancy exercise, which Sara has in abundance. Sara is able to work me hard and encourage me to do that little bit more and not give up. Her sessions are challenging, varied but most importantly, fun! I would highly recommend anyone looking to make changes to their body or increase their fitness levels, to have a personal training session with Sara. I am so pleased that I did!
