Fiona’s why was her two children. With a five-year-old boy and a baby girl depending on her, it was time. Since then she’s committed to three days a week consistent training. She’s progressed from struggling to jog for a minute on the treadmill to just completing her second 10k. Fiona completed her first 10k in October at the Lucerne marathon in Switzerland, running an impressive 1 hour 21 minutes.
