We’ve been training with Ruri for about 4 months now and we couldn’t be happier. Before starting sessions with him, our motivation level was 0 – we hated the gym and we were always looking for short cuts to “get healthy” and lose weight – read: juice detoxes and starvation! – But Ruri has changed our outlook on being healthy completely, he’s helped us with more than just training! He is extremely learned on various health/fitness related topics and has gone out of his way to make sure we eat healthy, exercise the right way and avoid injuries. He plans our sessions in a way to make sure both of us stay motivated and have fun while each achieving our personal goals. He’s professional but extremely friendly and approachable and very quickly made sessions very comfortable for us. He not only supports us during sessions but through out the week. We highly recommend him to anyone without the blink of an eye!
