Training with Ruairidh is so much fun. His knowledge is the best I’ve come across in the 4 years I’ve been in the UAE. Each session Ruairidh keeps me motivated and on my toes. Training five sessions a week I was unsure whether I’d remain focused but each session is a challenge and I love setting PB’s with my Dubai personal trainer. I have seen great changes over the past few months both physically and mentally. Ruairidh is also very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and is the first personal trainer in Dubai who has told me not to ‘diet’ but eat in moderation. It’s through this concept that I have stayed focused and not been running to the chocolate cupboard. I could not recommend my fitness trainer enough, whether it’s to lose weight or build muscle. I’ve had a great few months and looking forward to many more challenges and changes ahead.
