Working unusual and long hours as a commercial pilot means I was often too tired to keep active and had little motivation to go the gym. Training with Harry has changed my perspective and helped me not only get into a fitness routine that I enjoy but keeps me motivated and pushes me to reach my goals!
Sessions are always varied meaning they are never boring. We discuss my progress and the areas which I would like to improve Harry then tailors a program which will suit me best, whether it’s weight loss or strength training. Harry also introduced me to the diet diary which helps me to keep track of my diet. With his help, I have gone from only being able to lift 40kgs on squat and deadlift to reach a max of 120kgs*!
Harry’s flexible hours means he can work around my schedule and can always accommodate me whether morning or evening! His upbeat personality and professionalism make training with him a joy and no matter how much I might struggle at the time I ALWAYS feel great after it!
Harry has been one of my best friends since high school and there is no one I trust more with my physical well being and integrity than him.
