“Great news! I’ve lost 5kg since I started training with you!”, Soundoss
Soundoss has been with me just over a month now and her goal was to lose 10kg. So far, we are halfway to her goal and she managed to lose 5kg which has been down to her work in the kitchen and in the gym.
Soundoss has a high-pressured job and has to do a lot of travelling which is hard for anyone to stay on top of the diet and gym. But she managed to do both for which I’m very proud of her.
I’m constantly monitoring her progress by sending messages, asking for evidence of food and gym workouts that weren’t done with me. The main objective is to give motivation as we all need a little push sometimes.
Losing weight isn’t all about just showing up to the gym and doing sessions with your trainer. It’s like when learning a language, you need to attend classes but also keep practicing outside of class.
