Success Story of Lima!
We would like to share multiple successes of the veteran training with Lima Farah. She started the training in December 2016 with a Dubai personal trainer .
In the beginning she didn’t want to lift heavier than 5 kg dumbbells and today she can perform hip thrust with 85 kg for 10 reps and back squat with 50 kg!
Consistency of training was always a bit of struggle considering being the mother of 3 kids and lately having a job. Nutrition was always good and she was making adjustments accordingly when our trainer recommended to do so. She never gave up and stayed focused and for the last 4 months she has been on her best performance and discipline – that’s where massive changes in lower body growth has happened. The work is still in the progress, and love towards the training keeps her going for the years.And it’s always the best feeling to have the clients as your family, you go with them through success and victories and pick them up during the tough times.
